December 10, 2013 marked the One Year Anniversary of Omega Espresso Bar’s first board meeting. A year ago this month, a small but mighty group gathered in a living room and dreamed up big plans for serving and ministering to women through coffee.
This project has been so blessed over the past year and we are thankful for God’s hand in making this dream a reality. It is with a grateful and humble heart that we look back and celebrate some signficant milestones:
Our Mission – We put our hearts to paper and created a mission statement that ensures that Omega Espresso Bar will be about more than just coffee.
Our Blend – It was tough work, but someone had to do it. After much sipping and savoring, we selected our very own Omega Blend, locally crafted by Intent Coffee Roasting.
Our Logo – You know you’re the real deal when you have a logo… and a business card!
Our Board – It has been incredible to watch as the Lord provided us with the right people at the right time. When we needed someone to help with finances, an accountant showed up. When we needed help with strategic planning, God gave us an executive coach. The list goes on and we so thankful for how God has provided.
Our Event – We officially introduced our God-sized dream to nearly 150 people at A Taste of Omega Espresso Bar. Support and enthusiasm for this mission has been overwhelming.
These are just a few of our highlights. We look forward to what Year Two will bring! Thank you for joining us in praise and thanksgiving for all that the Lord has done.
